Tetilla Peak Campground is located about 12 miles off I-25 in between Santa Fe and Albuquerque. It is situated on the Rio Grande and offers access to Cochiti Lake for kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, and motorboating. The sites are nicely spaced and have a covered picnic table and a fire ring. The sites are all paved and level, and the views of the lake are great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The park has a boat ramp and swim beach along with a small yet informative visitor center. There is good 50 amp service here and there is water but you will need about 75 feet of hose to reach it.
