Elkdale RV Resort is a no-frills campground located in Salamanca, NY. The campground is situated in a peaceful valley with large grassy sites and open spaces. The sites are level and have good working utilities, making it a great spot for a stopover. The Pat McGee Trail is nearby for walking, running, bicycling, or horseback riding, and the campground is only 5 miles from the Seneca Casino....

There are two beaches, several hiking trails that range in difficulty, points of interest (ex-thunder rocks is a must see), two camp stores, a museum, gift shop and restaurants. The kayaks and small water craft rentals are a little pricy. The campsites are a little too closely spaced, and no one enforces quiet hours. Poor, to no cell phone reception in the Quaker Area adds to the remoteness....
