Buck Pond Campground is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The campground is secluded, yet not too far from Lake Placid. The sites are sandy and mostly level. There is no electricity, but there is one outlet in the bathroom area. The shower is dated and bring appropriate footwear and a mat/towel is advised.
