The Refuge On Roanoke Island is a small, yet convenient RV campground located near many Outer Banks attractions, including Manteo and Fort Raleigh National Historic Site. The sites are gravel with full hookups on a nice salt pond and plenty of space for RVs and toads, though some sites may not be level.
