B.side Motel+RV is a safe, secure, and clean property located just a short drive from the beach in Bandon, OR. They welcome older, vintage RVs or tiny homes in good condition, and ask that all RVs are in good working order and visually cared for. They take great pride in offering the cleanest, best appointed RV bathrooms on the coast and clean & restock them throughout the day. They offer a one-time pet fee of $10.00 for RV guests and have a policy of no idling on the property. They do not provide refunds or credits for early departure. The property speed limit is 5mph. They offer monthly RV spots on a first come, first served basis with occupancy rates beginning at $950 for single occupancy in the fall/winter months and $1450 for the spring/summer months. All contracts are month-to-month and payments are expected on the 1st of each month. Payment is accepted by credit card only.
