Loon Lake Lodge is a remote campground located 15 miles from Reedsport, Oregon. It offers RV sites, yurts, and a lodge that is pet friendly. The RV sites are located down by the marina that offers jet ski, wave runner, and boat rentals. The sites are small and close together, the roads are not paved, and the landscaping is unkempt. The lodge has a small store where you can buy basic foods, snacks, and beer. The authors of the book, The Lusty Life and Adventures of Loon Lake Lloyd live at the back of the campground. Unfortunately, due to the remoteness of the location, there is no Verizon or AT&T data or voice cell phone service. The campground can be busy and potentially noisy during the summer or weekends, especially in the lower section by the marina. The managers are very nice and hopefully will be able to fix these little issues so people will be able to enjoy this beautiful lake.

Loon Lake Lodge and RV Resort offers comfortable cabins, yurts, RV and tent sites in a scenic location near the Oregon Coast. The on-site marina offers boat, paddleboard, houseboat, pontoon boat, and Sea-Doo rentals. The resort also features a sandy beach with a volleyball court and summer activities planned by the staff. Amenities include a convenience store and deli, nature trails, and miles of wind-protected water for family fun.
