Paradise South is an Encore resort part of Thousand Trails. It is an older property with a few empty spots and wet ground due to recent rainfall. Low voltage was found on the 50 amp pedestal and on other sites as well. The customer service was good and the resort programs are excellent for its size. The sites are all back-in and of OK size.
