This campground is great for a weekend at the lake, offering reserveable day use shelters, lots of picnic tables and BBQs, and open grassy/park areas perfect for games and picnics. The campsites are a little close for comfort, but if you plan ahead and reserve to be neighbors with friends, it would work great. There are modern RV sites, yurts, and tent sites. Some of the bathrooms have water flush toilets. There is a playground and beach access with a fishing pier and boat ramp. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful. The campground is well maintained and clean. The sites are not too close together and there is good privacy between them. There is no dump station or sewer hookups at the park.
