Millesons Campground is a working farm located on the south branch of the Potomac river. The road into the campground is a one way drive that is very bumpy and dusty, so be prepared to go slowly. There are plenty of large shade trees, but the sites back up to an open field with high iron content and chlorinated water. There are plenty of full timers with run down RVs.
